These SMS Terms describe the text-message (SMS) program operated by Liberty IT Technologies and Solutions ("BistroAI", "we", "our", or "us") as part of the BistroAI AI voice-ordering platform used by our restaurant clients. By placing a phone order through a BistroAI-powered restaurant and agreeing to receive a text, you consent to the terms below.

1. Program Description

When a customer calls a restaurant that uses BistroAI and places a pickup order through our voice assistant, BistroAI sends a single, one-time SMS containing a secure payment link so the customer can pay for that order. Messages are strictly transactional (order and payment related) — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

2. How We Obtain Your Consent

Consent is collected verbally during the phone call. The customer calls the restaurant and places an order through the voice assistant, which states, "I'll text you a secure link to complete your payment," before any SMS is sent. The payment link is sent only to the phone number the customer is calling from, and only after they place an order. We do not purchase, rent, or upload phone numbers, and we do not share your number with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency is transactional and tied to your activity — typically one payment-link message per order you place. We do not send recurring or scheduled messages.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. BistroAI does not charge you for the text messages themselves.

5. Opt-Out — Reply STOP

You can opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further payment-link texts. Note that opting out means you will need to arrange payment with the restaurant directly when picking up future orders.

6. Help — Reply HELP

If you need help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@bistroai.us. For assistance with a specific order, please contact the restaurant directly.

7. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) and many smaller carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and consent collected for this SMS program are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
